我是一个老铁路工作者,在调度室工作几十年,因为坐多动少缺乏锻炼,所以身体虚弱、静久成疾,常到医院打针吃药,有时还得住院。退休后,经过二十余年的锻炼,身体健康逐步恢复,目前我已愉快地度过了80个春秋。现在身体健壮,思维敏捷,无任何疾病。不吸烟,不喝洒,吃得香,睡得好,血压正常,大便正常,背不弯,腰不痛,腿不麻,体型不胖不瘦。生活有规律,一切活动定时,每天跑五里地,自觉生理年龄刚刚六十。
I am an old railway worker and I work in the dispatch room for several decades. I have to go to the hospital for medicine and sometimes hospitalization because I often exercise more and less and lack exercise. After retirement, after more than 20 years of exercise, my health gradually recovered. At present, I have happily spent 80 spring and autumn. Now physically strong, quick thinking, without any illness. Do not smoke, do not drink sprinkle, eat incense, sleep well, normal blood pressure, normal stool, back not bend, waist pain, legs do not hemp, body fat not thin. Regular life, all regular activities, running five miles a day, consciously physiological age just sixty.
