一、现状与趋势 (一)电子商务发展现状 在人类将进入崭新的网络时代的国际贸易舞台上,商品竞争的激烈程度可想而知,而电子商务则将首当其冲。进入90年代,世界商品贸易量的增长已连续6个年头超过世界生产增长率。在电子商务方面,如世界个人电脑市场,从近两年看,随着西方经济的复苏,世界个人电脑市场率先走出萧条低谷,迈向新一轮的高速增长周期。1996年全世界个人电脑的销量估计可达6956万台,比上年又增加19.6%左右。目前,美国是世界上最大的个人电脑市场,占世界个人电脑销量38%,其次是西欧国家占25%,包括日本在内的亚太地区占24%,其它地区占13%。
I. Status Quo and Trends (I) Status Quo of E-Commerce Development In the international trade arena where mankind will enter a new era of Internet, the intensity of competition in commodities can be imagined, and e-commerce will bear the brunt. Into the 90s, the world’s merchandise trade volume growth for six consecutive years exceeded the world production growth rate. In terms of e-commerce, such as the world personal computer market, in the recent two years, with the recovery of the western economy, the world’s personal computer market took the lead out of the slump and into a new round of rapid growth cycle. In 1996, the sales volume of personal computers worldwide was estimated to reach 69.56 million units, an increase of 19.6% over the previous year. Currently, the United States is the largest PC market in the world, accounting for 38% of the world PC sales, followed by 25% in Western European countries, 24% in Asia Pacific including Japan and 13% in other regions.
