抗结核治疗的同时并用抗忧虑剂所产生的相互作用具有重要的临床意义。本文就异烟肼、乙胺丁醇和利福平对安定代谢处置的动力学影响做了三种实验,评价抗结核药对安定的分布容积及清除率等方面的影响。
