2012年2—6月,江苏省泰兴市疾病预防控制中心通过中国疾病预防控制系统监测,发现江苏省泰兴市某中学陆续新发了5例学生活动性肺结核患者,其中高一学生2例(1例涂阳,1例涂阴);高二学生3例(1例涂阳,2例涂阴)。根据《学校结核病防治工作规范(试行)》[1]有关规定,泰兴市疾病预防控制中心及时向卫生、教育行政部门进行了报告,并组织疾病预防控制和医疗人员对该校在校学生进行了结核病流行病学调查。
From February to June 2012, Taixing Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Jiangsu Province monitored through China’s disease prevention and control system and found that 5 middle-school students in Taixing City of Jiangsu Province successively issued 5 cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis patients, of which 2 were freshmen (1 Case of smear positive, 1 case of smear negative); high school students in 3 cases (1 case of smear positive, 2 cases of smear negative). According to the relevant provisions of the “Rules and Regulations on Prevention and Control of Tuberculosis in Schools (Trial)” [1], Taixing Center for Disease Control and Prevention conducted timely reports to the health and education administration and organized disease prevention and control and medical staff to conduct in-school students Epidemiological survey of tuberculosis.
