目的了解巴氏小新绥螨的形态结构特征及食性情况。方法将螨振荡洗涤后,用热乙醇杀死,放入保存液。在载玻片中央滴2~3滴封固剂,置入螨并用毛发针搅动整姿,加盖玻片后烘干。将制作好的标本,置于光镜下观察、鉴定。结果光镜下观察到的巴氏小新绥螨雄螨躯体长310~350μm,淡灰色或淡褐色,颚角长而细,向中央聚合。螯肢定趾和动趾长度大致相等,定趾端部有尖齿3个,动趾有小齿1个,导精趾呈T形。背板有17对刚毛,除Z5毛梳状稍长外,其余基本等长,其外缘毛r3和R1也位于背板上。除肛毛以外另还有刚毛4对。雌螨躯体长370~390μm,颜色和形态与雄螨相似,但螯肢较雄螨大,肛板比雄螨小。卵无色透明,椭圆形,大小为(60~65)μm×(80~85)μm。每只雌螨日捕食伯氏嗜木螨成螨平均(12.80±1.47)只,日捕食伯氏嗜木螨卵平均(17.70±1.86)枚,在缺乏猎物时,有自残倾向。结论初步了解了巴氏小新绥螨的形态及食性,为进一步研究奠定了基础。
Objective To understand the morphological structure and feeding habits of the small new Neosputaria mites. Methods After the mites were shaken and washed, they were killed with hot ethanol and placed in preservation solution. Female mites body length 370 ~ 390μm, color and morphology and male mites similar, but the chela is larger than male mites, anal plates smaller than male mites. Eggs colorless, transparent, oval, size (60 ~ 65) μm × (80 ~ 85) μm. The average number of adult mite mites infestation per adult mites was 12.80 ± 1.47, and the average number of eggs per day was 17.70 ± 1.86. There was a tendency of self-harm in the absence of prey. Conclusion Preliminary understanding of the morphology and foraging habits of Neosptus sibiricus lays the foundation for further research.
