主缆是悬索桥的生命线,悬索桥主缆内空气湿度是影响主缆钢丝受到腐蚀的主要因素,若腐蚀严重将影响其承载力和使用年限。以悬索桥主缆为试验对象,对其展开电磁感应加热除湿试验。为有效解决悬索桥主缆电磁感应加热温度的控制问题,对电磁感应加热温度场的建模方法进行了研究。结果表明,电磁感应加热在悬索桥主缆上的温度场建模方法是可行的。因此,利用电磁感应加热技术可对悬索桥主缆进行除湿,以达到延长悬索桥主缆使用寿命的目的。
The main cable is the lifeline of the suspension bridge. The air humidity in the main cable of the suspension bridge is the main factor that affects the corrosion of the main cable. If the corrosion is serious, its bearing capacity and service life will be affected. Suspension bridge main cable as the test object, its electromagnetic induction heating dehumidification test. In order to solve the control problem of electromagnetic induction heating temperature of suspension bridge main cable effectively, the modeling method of temperature field of electromagnetic induction heating was studied. The results show that the method of modeling the temperature field on the main cable of suspension bridge is feasible. Therefore, the use of electromagnetic induction heating of the suspension cable can be dehumidified in order to achieve the purpose of extending the service life of the main suspension cable bridge.
