宜昌平湖药厂在报批产品过程中弄虚作假,伪造产品批号。经湖北省卫生厅和省医药总公司组织联合调查小组进行复查核实、并于86年8月16日就此事联合发出处理通报,通报对该厂违法事实明确指出: 一、改头换面报批产品:该厂在报批盐酸洁霉素原料时,将由湖北药厂购买的一个批号(860106批号)盐酸洁霉素原料,分装成860101、860102、860103三个批号后,冒充本厂产品报批。二、非法报批盐酸洁霉素胶囊:该厂在 Yichang Pinghu Pharmaceutical Factory in the approval process of product fraud, counterfeit product batch number.
