通过纤维形态分析仪、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和热重分析仪对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)沉析纤维的尺寸大小、表面形貌、结晶性能和热学特性四个方面进行检测分析。结果表明:PET沉析纤维相比市售PET浆粕纤维长度较短,细小纤维含量占70.4%;PET沉析纤维表面分丝帚化现象明显,其外形呈飘带状,形态柔顺,比表面积高达8.009 9 m~2/g;相比浆粕纤维,PET沉析纤维的结晶度和热稳定性相对较高,结晶度为37.88%,初始分解温度365℃,最大分解速率对应的温度为438℃,表明PET沉析纤维具有优异的热学特性,可广泛用于湿法成纸及复合材料增强等领域。
The fiber size, surface morphology, crystallinity and thermal properties of poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET) fibrids were characterized by fiber morphology, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and thermal gravimetric analysis For testing and analysis.
