南方证券因“违法违规经营、管理混乱、内控不力、经营不当,财务、资金状况继续恶化”,1月初被中国证监会、深圳市政府会同人民银行、公安部等四方行政接管。消息公布后,与南方证券有关的共有9家上市公司随即发布了公告,其中7家为南证股东。他们分别是:
Nanfang Securities was taken over by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Municipal Government in conjunction with the People’s Bank of China and the Ministry of Public Security and other quartet administrations in early January due to “illegal operation, disorderly management, poor internal control, improper management and continued deterioration of financial and capital conditions.” After the announcement, a total of nine listed companies related to China Southern Securities immediately issued a notice, of which seven were shareholders of the SAFE.
