目的:探讨剖宫产术前禁食对产妇血清运载蛋白的影响.方法:选择ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级产妇40名,随机分为4组.采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测血清中视黄醇结合蛋白(RETINOLBINDINGPROTEIN,RBP),前白蛋白(PREALBUMIN,PA)和转铁蛋白(TRANSFERRIN,TRF)含量.结果:禁食20H以内血清中PA和TRF含量无明显变化.而血清中RBP含量随禁食时间延长有下降趋势,相关系数R＝－0.952,P＜0.05.结论:血清RBP含量是禁食状态下蛋白营养的敏感指标.“,”Objective: Our aim was to investigate the influences of precesarean fasting on the serum transport proteins.
