高校廉政文化建设是高校廉政建设的重要组成部分,也是惩治和预防高校腐败的思想保障和文化基础。目前,我国对高校廉政文化建设认识缺位,廉政文化建设单边化、内容形式单一、制度滞后。其原因主要在于:多元文化的交织影响了廉政文化建设的主观判断,传统认识上的偏颇影响了高校廉政文化建设的效能,制度设计的缺陷影响了高校廉政文化建设的进程。应大力加强以马克思主义为指导的主体文化建设,并使其与本校、本地历史文化相结合,以构建有特色有创新的高校廉政文化。
