一、引用参考文献的要求(一)要求作者列出亲自阅读过的主要文献,一般不用转引文献及文摘作参考文献。请勿引用内部资料和尚未发表的文献。(二)引用论点须准确无误,不断章取义。(三)文献条目不宜过多。论著一般以10条为限,综述不少于10条,短篇报道通常不列参考文献。(四)各条目按规定格式书写完整。(五)汉字书写规范、清晰,西文字母大小写要正确。汉语与日语,德语、法语与英语的写法请勿混淆。
