目的了解无锡市医疗卫生机构专业技术人员的寄生虫病防治能力,为推进全市寄生虫病防治队伍能力建设提供依据。方法采用寄生虫病相关理论知识测评和实验室技能操作考核相结合的方法,对无锡市医疗卫生机构相关专业技术人员的寄生虫病防治能力进行评估。结果来自全市22家医疗卫生机构的41名医务人员接受了评估。所有评估对象理论知识考核的平均分为(76.5±15.6)分,及格率为80.5%,优秀率为48.9%;疟原虫血片制作平均分为(7.3±1.5)分,及格率为87.8%,优秀率为41.5%;疟原虫镜检平均分为(14.0±7.2)分,及格率为31.7%,优秀率为12.2%;蠕虫镜检平均成绩为(19.4±10.4)分,及格率为24.4%,无人达到优秀;钉螺鉴别平均成绩为(8.6±1.1)分,及格率为95.1%,优秀率为73.2%。中级及以上职称评估对象的蠕虫镜检和钉螺鉴别成绩高于初级职称评估对象(P均<0.05);来自疾控机构的评估对象理论知识、疟原虫镜检和蠕虫镜检的平均成绩高于来自医院的评估对象(P均<0.05)。结论无锡市医疗卫生机构寄生虫病防治技术人员的理论知识、疟原虫血片制作和钉螺鉴别能力较好,但疟原虫和蠕虫镜检能力亟须进一步提高。
Objective To understand the ability of prevention and treatment of parasites of medical and health institutions in Wuxi City to provide basis for promoting capacity building of parasitism prevention teams in the city. Methods Based on the combination of theoretical analysis of parasitic diseases and assessment of laboratory skills, we evaluated the prevention and control of parasitic diseases in medical and health institutions in Wuxi. Results 41 medical personnel from 22 health facilities in the city were evaluated. The average score of theoretical knowledge assessment of all subjects was (76.5 ± 15.6) points, the passing rate was 80.5% and the excellent rate was 48.9%. The average blood pressure of the malaria parasites was (7.3 ± 1.5) and the pass rate was 87.8% The excellent rate was 41.5%. The average score of parasite was (14.0 ± 7.2), the pass rate was 31.7% and the excellent rate was 12.2%. The average score of worms was (19.4 ± 10.4) and the passing rate was 24.4% , No one achieved excellent results; Oncomelania differential grade average score was (8.6 ± 1.1) points, the passing rate was 95.1%, the excellent rate was 73.2%. The results of worm microscopy and oncomelania evaluation were higher than those of primary title (P <0.05). The theoretical knowledge of the subjects from CDC, the average score of Plasmodium and worm microscopy were higher than Patients from the hospital (P <0.05). Conclusion The theoretical knowledge of parasite diseases prevention and treatment technicians in medical and health institutions in Wuxi City is good. The production of blood plasmids of Plasmodium and the identification of snails are good. However, the capability of microscopic examination of parasites and worms urgently needs to be further improved.
