新时期思想政治工作必须在经济主战场上主动为经济建设服务。然而,在有些企业的政工干部身上却产生了一种“配角”意识,流露出失落感,显得有点灰心丧气,妄自菲薄。他们认为自己在企业里处于次要地位,是“配角”,只能给行政部门打打下手,跑跑龙套,或搞搞后勤。在转换企业经营机制和精简机构过程中,有的政工干部就抱着等调整或撤并的态度。产生政工干部这种“配角”意识的原因有外部的,也有政工部门、政工干部自身的。从外部看,是有些企业行政部门偏颇认识的影响。总体上讲,十三届四中全会以后,企业思想政治工作得到了加强。但实事求是地分析,过去那种“一手硬,一手软”的现象在有些企业并没有得到根本转变,有些企业行政部门表
Ideological and political work in the new period must take the initiative to serve economic construction on the main economic battlefield. However, in some enterprises, there is a sense of “supporting role” in political cadres who show a sense of loss and are somewhat discouraged and self-deprecating.
