本文认为,债务链危机是市场经济社会中危害经济发展的周期性现象,应以商业化运营模式建立日常性专项制度,促进债务链解散,防范债务链危机的发生,并对此提出构想和分析。
This paper argues that the crisis of the debt chain is a cyclical phenomenon that jeopardizes economic development in the market economy and society. It is necessary to establish a daily special system based on the commercial operation mode to promote the dissolution of the debt chain and prevent the occurrence of the debt chain crisis, and put forward its conception and analysis .
