第七届国际病毒性肝炎及肝病会议于1990年4月4~8日在美国休斯敦举行,到会各国学者约1000人,会议共采纳论文摘要645篇,其中HAV 56篇,HBV 298篇,HCV 169篇,HDV 43篇,HEV 11篇,动物模型30篇,肝癌38篇,可见自1987年(上次会议)以来,HBV仍为主要受关注的问题,HCV也已上升为热点。大会报告的主题为:1.HAV:全球性HAV感染的变迁,HAV的免疫生物学,HAV的复制及蛋白加工,小RNA病毒科的分子生物学与HAV,发展HAV疫苗的途径;2.HEV:流行病学与临床特征,HEV的特性,HEV的分子克隆,人及实验动物感染HEV的抗原抗体检测;
The Seventh International Conference on Viral Hepatitis and Liver Diseases was held in Houston, USA on April 4-8, 1990 with about 1,000 scholars from all countries attending the conference. A total of 645 abstracts were accepted, of which 56 were HAVs, 298 were HBV, and HCV 169 articles, 43 HDVs, 11 HEV articles, 30 animal models and 38 HCCs. Therefore, HBV remains a major concern since 1987 (the last meeting) and HCV has also been raised as a hot topic. The topics of the conference report are as follows: 1. HAV: global HAV infection change, HAV immunobiology, HAV replication and protein processing, Picornaviridae molecular biology and HAV, HAV vaccine development pathways; 2. HEV : Epidemiological and clinical features, characteristics of HEV, molecular cloning of HEV, detection of antigen and antibody in human and laboratory animals infected with HEV;
