在美国,农民仅占从业人口的2%,17%的从业人员从事农业社会化服务工作。我国农民占总从业人口比例的56%,基层生产组织却只有美国的1/300。美国农村职业教育办学方式灵活,突出能力训练,教学、科研、推广相结合,科技成果转化率达70%以上。但我国的农职教普遍不景气,更不要说在农村建立什么学习型组织了。
In the United States, peasants account for only 2% of the employed population and 17% of the employed people engage in social service of agriculture. Peasants in our country make up 56% of the total employed population, while grassroots production organizations have only 1/300 of the United States. The United States of America rural vocational education school flexible, highlighting the ability to train, teaching, research, promotion of a combination of scientific and technological achievements transformation rate of 70%. However, there is a general downturn in China’s agricultural vocational education, not to mention what learning organizations are established in rural areas.
