随着我国加入世界贸易组织,企业对管理工作有了更深刻的认识,作为管理的重点,人事档案对人力资源的科学配置起到非常关键的作用。它不仅记录着有关企业人事变动、人员安排以及个人的基本信息,还对审核人事退休、选拔人才以及福利待遇起到至关重要的影响。近年来,我国的企业改革开展的如火如荼,领导对人事档案管理也有了更深刻的认识,基于规范化、科学化、严格化管理的新政策不断出台。但是由于传统理念和工作能力的束缚,导致企业人事档案管理与实际诉求还存在很大的差异。针对这样的现象,我国各大企业都必须转变思想,对人事档案实施规范化的管理,制定健全的体系章程,并提高管理人员的综合素质,确保人事档案信息的完整与准确。
As China joins the World Trade Organization, enterprises have a more profound understanding of management work. As the key point of management, personnel files play a crucial role in the scientific allocation of human resources. It not only records the basic personnel information and personnel changes, but also plays an important role in the review of personnel retirement, selection of personnel and benefits. In recent years, the reform of our country’s enterprises has been carried out in full swing. The leaders also have a more profound understanding of the personnel files management. The new policies based on standardization, scientific and strict management are constantly promulgated. However, due to the shackles of traditional concepts and working ability, there is still a great difference between the management of enterprise personnel files and the actual demands. In response to such a phenomenon, all major enterprises in our country must change their thinking, implement standardized management of personnel files, formulate sound system rules, and improve the overall quality of managers to ensure the integrity and accuracy of personnel files.
