本文采用随机抽样法对我县卡介苗初种12周效果及局部反应进行了连续5年监测。结果显示,3年冻于苗阳转率89.4％,硬结平均直径8.07±3.54,两项指标3年间差异无显著性,与2年液体苗间差异有显著性。提示冻干苗应用为提高我县农村卡介苗接种效果发挥了重要作用。
In this paper, a random sample of 12-week initial effect of BCG and local reactions were monitored for 5 consecutive years. The results showed that the rate of Miao-Yang transition was 89.4% in 3 years and the average diameter of induration was 8.07 ± 3.54. There was no significant difference between the two indexes in 3 years and between 2 years and liquid seedlings. Tip application of lyophilized seedlings in order to improve mycobacterium vaccination in rural areas play an important role.
