自发性眶内出血颇少见,我科自1994年收治3例,现报告如下。 例1 男,58岁,1994年6月来诊。主诉右眼突然失明,伴右侧偏头痛,眼球突出1天,无外伤史。眼科检查:视力右黑矇,左0.8。右眼睑肿胀,上睑下垂,眼球正前方突出,突出度右23mm←100mm→左17mm,下方球结膜下出血,角膜上皮轻度水肿,瞳孔中度散大,直接光反应消失。眼底视盘边界清,色正常,视网膜血管A:V=1:3,动脉细反光强,静脉纡曲。眼压4.05kPa,眶压高,眼球各方向运动均受 Spontaneous orbital bleeding is quite rare, our department since 1994 admitted to 3 cases, are as follows.
