我国耐火材料行业目前广泛使用的摩擦压砖机能耗较大。以ZG_2型浇钢砖为例,每吨砖坯耗电约20kWh左右,如何对老设备挖潜改造、以节约能耗,在四化建设中有着重要的现实意义。本文主要对摩擦压砖机在生产使用中的运行状态进行分析,讨论它的耗电情况,并提出有关方面的节电途径。通过具体试验,测试和计算、分析,证明这些方法是可行的,也适用于其它一些类似场合。
