本文描述了利用激光分束成多路非相干光或白光源中多色光谱成分同时照明漫射物表面,通过二次曝光,在象面得到位移散斑的方法。实验表明这种斑纹减弱技术可以相当大地改善付氏变换后杨氏条纹的质量。
This paper describes a method of using the laser beam splitting into multicolor spectral components in multiple incoherent or white light sources to illuminate the surface of the diffuser simultaneously and to obtain the shifted speckle on the image plane by double exposure. Experiments show that this speckle reduction technique can considerably improve the quality of Yang’s stripes after the Fourier transform.
