“啃轨”是履带式工程机械的典型故障现象,表现为整机行走时,导向轮、托轮、驱动轮、支重轮的轮缘与履带侧面发生切削式摩擦磨损,大大地降低了导向轮、托轮、驱动轮、支重轮及履带的使用寿命。履带与上述“四轮”间都有侧隙,其中,与导向轮的侧隙最小,与托轮的侧隙最大。正常情况下,履带与“四轮”之间会发生正常摩擦,但不会发生“啃轨”。造成“啃轨”的根本原因是:履带不能正确的卷绕;“四轮”的中心面不重合。
