企业是国民经济的重要组合部分。如果将国民经济比作一幢高楼大厦,那么企业则是组建高楼大厦的砖石。企业的运营状况直接影响地方经济与国民经济的发展。而企业的经意状况出现问题,或者企业进行产业结构调整时,往往会采取企业重组与债券融资的方式来进行资金调整。本文基于高中生的视角,浅谈对企业重组与债券融资的理解。
Business is an important part of the national economy. If you compare the national economy to a high-rise building, businesses are masonry to form tall buildings. The operating conditions of enterprises directly affect the development of local economy and national economy. However, when there are problems with the business’s intentions, or when the enterprises adjust their industrial structure, they often adopt the methods of enterprise restructuring and bond financing to adjust the funds. This article is based on the perspective of high school students, on business restructuring and bond financing understanding.
