前言淬透性是结构钢的重要热处理工艺考核数据之一,而末端淬透性能又是汽车齿轮用钢淬透性测试方法最广泛应用中的一种。多年来冶金厂一直沿用GB225-63标准执行,它与国际标准ISO 642-79相比存在很多差距。冶金部为了等效采用国际标准于1988年6月初步审定通过新的末端淬透性试验方法。应当说该新标准方法具有一定实践性和先进性。为了对新标准的贯彻及消化,本文针对新标准中几个主要试验条件,选择了按GB 5216-85生产的20CrMnTiH钢,进行条件影响因素的试验研究。一、加热透烧温度的试验新标准及ISO642-79试验方法均要求试样在规定的温度下保温30±5分钟。为确定
Preface Hardenability is one of the important heat treatment process assessment data of structural steels, and the end-hardenability is again one of the most widely used test methods for hardenability of automotive gears. Metallurgical plant over the years has been using GB225-63 standard implementation, it has many gaps compared with the international standard ISO 642-79. Metallurgical Department in order to equivalent use of international standards in June 1988 initially approved by the new end of the hardenability test method. It should be said that the new standard method has some practicality and advanced nature. In order to carry out and digest the new standard, this paper selected 20CrMnTiH steel produced according to GB 5216-85 for several major test conditions in the new standard, and conducted experimental research on the influencing factors.
