以人工牛黄为例，对影响胆酸类药品含量的因素进行分析。结果表明：实验时间、温度和湿度均对胆酸含量无影响，而显色剂糠醛的批号则是影响其含量的重要因素，故提出糠醛批号不变时，求得胆酸含量的标准曲线可长期使用，不必临用新制。
Taking artificial bezoar as an example, the factors affecting the content of cholic acid drugs were analyzed. The results showed that: the experimental time, temperature and humidity have no effect on the content of cholic acid, and the batch number of the colorimeter furfural is an important factor affecting its content. Therefore, when the batch number of furfural is unchanged, the standard curve of the content of cholic acid can be obtained. For long-term use, there is no need to use new systems.
