针对高速剪切机加速系统的加速装置设计过程中的缓冲问题进行理论研究,并利用AMESim仿真技术进行时域仿真分析。通过对得到的速度、位移曲线的分析比较,确定阻尼孔的最佳直径;依据工况和具体设计要求,完成加速装置的设计;有效解决了加速装置工作过程中的冲击问题,提高了设备的可靠性和稳定性。
Aiming at the problem of buffer in the design process of accelerating device of high-speed shearing machine acceleration system, AMESim simulation technique is used to analyze the time-domain simulation. Through the analysis and comparison of the obtained speed and displacement curves, the optimal diameter of the orifice is determined. Based on the working conditions and specific design requirements, the design of the acceleration device is completed.
