反义技术为乙型肝炎治疗提供了新策略,其中反义RNA与核酶最具代表性。HBV的S与C区似乎是反义RNA抗HBV的最佳靶区;核酶库的构建、核酶的改造及多聚体核酶的设计促进了核酶抗HBV的研究进展。HBV 感染动物模型研究有助于推动反义基因治疗乙型肝炎向临床的过渡。
Antisense technology provides a new strategy for the treatment of hepatitis B. Among them, antisense RNA and ribozyme are most representative. HBV S and C regions seem to be antisense RNA anti-HBV optimal target region; ribozyme library construction, ribozyme transformation and design of multimeric ribozyme to promote ribozyme anti-HBV research. Animal models of HBV infection help to promote the antisense gene therapy for the transition to hepatitis B.
