针对1Cr12Ni3Mo2VN热强不锈钢主轴工作在高速、中温、腐蚀环境中易发生的表面裂纹萌生与扩展问题,在热处理后引入几种表面喷丸处理工艺,并模拟真实工况,通过无损残余应力测试手段检验其喷丸处理的效果。结果表明,喷丸强度过小或过大均不利,合理选择喷丸工艺则试件的疲劳寿命可得到有效延长。
