随着一家家红红火火的“三资”企业的不断出现,喜中添忧的一个个警示信号也令人不安地亮了起来——一些重大火灾不时地发生在这些“三资”企业之中。 据笔者最近参加沈阳市消防工作会议上所了解的数据表明,沈阳市“三资”企业1993年共发生重大火灾事故11起,占全市重大火灾事故的41.1％,经济损失达21余万元,占全市重大火灾经济损失总数的49.6％,而且火灾次数和直接经济损失均比以往成倍增长。 笔者根据会议资料和在调查中发现,“三资”企业
