本文通过对天津大学仁爱学院船舶与海洋工程专业近三年毕业生就业情况的调查和分析,提出了“夯实基础,着重实践,鼓励创新”为宗旨的培养计划改革方案,目的是着力培养介于研究型人才和实践型人才之间的既有一定基础理论知识水平,又有较强工程实践能力和创新意识的受企业欢迎的应用型人才。本文对本次改革工作做出总结,并对未来工作做出展望。
Based on the investigation and analysis of employment situation of graduates of ship and marine engineering major of Renai College of Tianjin University in the past three years, this paper proposes a plan for reform of training plan with the purpose of “laying a solid foundation, emphasizing practice and encouraging innovation”, with the purpose of cultivating Between the research talents and practical talents, both have a certain level of basic theoretical knowledge, but also have a strong engineering practice and innovative awareness by the enterprise application-oriented talents. This article summarizes the reform work and makes a prospect for the future work.
