目的:探析益气养阴法治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法:选取2013年8月-2014年7月本院收治的124例反复呼吸道感染患儿为研究资料,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各62例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予益气养阴法治疗,对两组临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组的治疗有效率为98.39%,对照组的治疗有效率为85.48%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗后,观察组患儿的免疫球蛋白指标变化情况以及血液T细胞亚群指标变化情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对反复呼吸道感染患儿实施益气养阴法治疗可提升临床治疗有效率,提升患儿的生命质量。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of supplementing Qi and nourishing yin on children’s recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods: A total of 124 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from August 2013 to July 2014 were selected as study data, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was given routine western medicine treatment, and the observation group was treated with the method of supplementing qi and nourishing yin. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The effective rate of treatment was 98.39% in the observation group and 85.48% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the immunoglobulin index changes in the observation group and blood T cell subsets index changes are better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children with qi and nourishing yin therapy can improve the efficiency of clinical treatment and improve the quality of life of children.
