[案情回放]被告乙单位有临街门市三间。2005年4月25日,乙单位与王甲签订租赁合同,王甲租赁该临街门市三间,租期三年。王甲交纳了2005年至2008年的租赁费。2007年5月20日,乙单位通知承相人王甲要将房屋拍卖,3月30在未收到王甲是否愿意购买房屋的通知前通过拍卖方式与张丙签订了房屋买卖合同。后原告王甲提起诉讼,认为被告乙单位侵犯了其依法享有的优先购买权,要求确认所立房屋买卖合同无效。
[Case Replay] Defendant B unit has three shops facing the street. April 25, 2005, Unit B signed a lease contract with Wang, Wang A lease of the three shops facing the street, the lease for three years. Wang Jia paid the rent from 2005 to 2008. On May 20, 2007, unit B informed Wang Jia, the proprietor of the auction, that he would auction the house and signed a contract for the sale and purchase of housing with Zhang Bing through auction before March 30, before he received notice of Wang's willingness to buy the house. After the plaintiff Wang Jia filed a lawsuit, he claimed that Unit B of the defendant violated its lawful preemptive right and demanded that the contract of sale and purchase of the completed house be invalidated.
