邵全渝同志1963年毕业于东北工学院选矿专业,同年分配至南昌有色冶金设计研究院工作。曾任选矿设计室和黄金工程部主任工程师和南昌有色冶金设计研究院矿山分院副总工程师。中国有色金属学会选矿学委会委员及江西省有色金属学会选矿学会副主任,全国碎磨协会理事。中南工业大学兼职教授,1994年被国务院授予有突出贡献专家,享受国务院特殊津贴。
Comrade Shao Quanyu graduated from the processing industry of Northeast Institute of Technology in 1963 and assigned to Nanchang Nonferrous Metallurgical Design and Research Institute in the same year. Former dressing design studio and director of the Department of Gold Engineering and Nanchang Institute of Nonferrous Metallurgy Mining Branch deputy chief engineer. China Nonferrous Metals Society beneficiation committee members and Jiangxi Province Nonferrous Metals Society Dressing Society deputy director, the National Broken Association. He is an adjunct professor at Central South University of Technology and was awarded an outstanding contribution expert by the State Council in 1994 and enjoys the special allowance of the State Council.
