3月16日,国务院颁布了修订后的《期货管理条例》,新条例将适用范围由商品期货扩展到金融期货和期权交易,股指期货的法律障碍正式扫除;3月30日,中国证监会发布《期货公司管理办法》和《期货交易所管理办法》征求意见稿,股指期货的相关配套制度也在加速推出,这意味着人们热议已久的股指期货已渐行渐近,呼之欲出。
On March 16, the State Council promulgated the revised “Regulations on Futures Administration”. The new regulations will extend its scope of application from commodity futures to the trading of financial futures and options. The legal barriers to stock index futures will be officially removed. On March 30, China Securities Regulatory Commission released “Futures Company Management Measures” and “Futures Exchange Management Measures” draft, the relevant supporting system of stock index futures are also accelerating, which means that the long-awaited stock index futures has been approaching, ready to come.
