企业战略信息资源管理以信息资源作为主要研究对象,包含数据、信息、知识三方面内容,依据这三个层次的相互区别及有机联系,认为企业信息资源战略管理主要由数据、信息、知识这三个层次构成,并对每一层次的实施重点做了具体分析。认为数据层需重视数据流的畅通、信息层要重视信息需求分析与共享、知识层则侧重于知识的传递与应用,只有通过三方面内容的有机结合,才能保证企业信息资源战略目标的实现。
The enterprise strategic information resource management takes information resources as the main research object, including data, information and knowledge.
