日本血吸虫病之组织增殖期,由于门静脉阻塞、虫卵移殖所引起的并发病很多,其中具有外科意义的,如门静脉高压症、阑尾炎以及肠系膜血管血栓形成引起之急性肠阻塞绞痛等,文献中均有报告;惟由于日本血吸虫病形成肠壁组织增殖型之直肠狭窄,国内文献报告甚少。作者特介绍最近遇到的一例日本血吸虫病并发直肠狭窄及其诊治经过,希望对此种并发病或有关这方面的并发病,今后能有更多的研究和讨论。 Japanese schistosomiasis tissue proliferation, due to portal vein occlusion, egg migration caused by a lot of complications, which have surgical significance, such as portal hypertension, appendicitis and mesenteric vascular thrombosis caused by acute intestinal obstruction angina, etc. In both reports; but due to the formation of schistosomiasis intestinal proliferation of rectal stenosis, the domestic literature reported little. The author introduced the recent case of schistosomiasis japonica complicated by rectal stenosis and its diagnosis and treatment after the hope that the incidence of such complications or in this regard in the future to have more research and discussion.
