本文对用聚酰亚胺树脂粘结和用三维碳纤维编织增强的两种含WSe_2-Ga-In润滑剂的新型自润滑材料,进行了摩擦和磨损的台架试验,并且,将其结果与含二硫化钼为基的复合材料进行了比较。这种新型材料与MOS_2基材料比较的结果表明:前者的磨损率仅为后者的1/2~1/10,而摩擦系数为1/2~1/6。同时,经验磨损率方程对不同材料性能的比较以及检验磨损率随负荷和速度的变化而改变的现象是有用的。
In this paper, tribological and abrasive bench tests were conducted on two new self-lubricating materials with WSe2-Ga-In lubricants bonded with polyimide resin and reinforced with three-dimensional carbon fiber braids. Molybdenum disulfide-based composites were compared. The comparison between the new material and MOS_2 based material shows that the wear rate of the former is only 1/2 ~ 1/10 of the latter and the friction coefficient is 1/2 ~ 1/6. At the same time, the empirical wear rate equation compares the performance of different materials and examines the phenomenon that the wear rate changes with changes in load and speed.
