曲艺创新是老生常谈,为什么常谈常不新呢?可能存在着三方面原因。一个是不想创新,一个是不会创新,另一个是没条件创新。不想创新派,可能觉得当下曲艺演出市场还可以,说传统、唱传统、演传统还能养家糊口,没必要去创新。不会创新的曲艺从业者,从小拜师学艺,学的就是这种玩意儿,老腔老调老套路轻车熟路,走新路容易顺拐,拐来拐去又回到老的模式和套路上了。真正怀有忧患意识,已经认识到曲艺不创新终将被时代淘汰出局的曲艺人也有。可是,艺术创新需要胆识,更需要队伍、需要投入,
