离子色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱联用测定饮用水中的三价铬和六价铬

采用离子色谱(IC)和电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)联用法测定了饮用水中的三价铬(Cr(Ⅲ))和六价铬(Cr(Ⅵ)),500μL进样量时两种铬形态的方法检出限分别为Cr(Ⅲ)0.007ng/mL,Cr(Ⅵ)0.067ng/mL。根据加标回收的方法评价了该方法的准确性,加标回收率为95.7%~112.5%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~3.8%(n=6)。分别用所建立的方法和国家标准方法对市售部分饮用水样品中两种形态的铬以及总铬两种形态的铬进行检测,结果令人满意。 Trivalent chromium (Cr (Ⅲ)) and hexavalent chromium (Cr (Ⅵ)) in drinking water were determined by ion chromatography (IC) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) The detection limits of the two chromium forms were 0.007ng / mL for Cr (Ⅲ) and 0.067ng / mL for Cr (Ⅵ) respectively. The accuracy of this method was evaluated according to spike recovery method. The recoveries were 95.7% ~ 112.5% ​​and the relative standard deviations were 1.4% ~ 3.8% (n = 6). Two kinds of chromium and two kinds of chromium in total chromium were tested with the established methods and national standards respectively. The results were satisfactory.
