运用鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术技术经鼻腔修补鼻中隔穿孔,克服了以往经鼻手术鼻内观察不清和手术操作困难等弱点,尤其是对较大和位置偏后的鼻中隔穿孔。本文报告2例在鼻内窥镜下鼻中隔穿孔修补的经验。病例 1,16岁男性,因间断性右鼻堵伴同侧头痛数年,感冒时加重。以鼻中隔偏曲而在4月前在局麻额镜灯照明下行鼻中隔粘膜下切除术。术后鼻堵不缓解,术后3月渐有呼吸哨音。检查发现鼻中隔前部穿孔,直径约有0.6cm,穿孔周围骨性鼻中隔支架大部分已切除。
Nasal endoscopic sinus surgery using nasal repair nasal septum perforation to overcome the past rhinotripsy intranasal unclear observation and surgical operation and other weaknesses, especially for larger and posterior nasal septum perforation. This article reports 2 cases of nasal endoscopic nasal septum perforation repair experience. Cases of 1,16-year-old male, due to intermittent right nasal plug with ipsilateral headache for several years, aggravating colds. Nasal septum deviation in April before the local anesthesia under the mirror lamp nasal septum submucosal resection. Postoperative nasal blocking does not ease, gradually breathing postoperative March whistle. Examination found that the front of the nasal septum perforation, diameter of about 0.6cm, perforation around the majority of nasal septal stent has been removed.
