建立了人血清样品中13种微量元素的碰撞反应池电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定方法,根据元素所受到的干扰不同,碰撞反应池分别选用标准、碰撞和反应3种工作模式,优化仪器测定参数,确定了最优的测试条件.分析了100名健康成人血清样品中13种微量元素,给出了测量值范围.该方法的检出限为0.016~1.920μg/L,元素加标回收率在100%±10%之内.前处理方法采用稀硝酸直接稀释法,方法简便、快速,样品用量少(血清200μL),可实现人体血清内多种微量元素的检测.
An ICP-MS method was established for the determination of 13 trace elements in human serum samples. According to the different interferences of the elements, the collision reaction cells were selected with three working modes: standard, collision and reaction, respectively. Optimum instrument parameters were determined to determine the optimal test conditions.Analysis of 13 trace elements in 100 healthy adult serum samples gave the range of measurement.The detection limit of the method was 0.016 ~ 1.920μg / L, The standard recovery rate is within 100% ± 10% .The pretreatment method adopts dilute nitric acid direct dilution method, the method is simple and rapid, and the sample dosage is small (serum 200μL), which can detect the trace elements in human serum.
