目的:探讨护理管理中应用考核机制激发队伍竞争意识的效果。方法:南阳医学高等专科学校第二附属医院从2013年3月~2014年5月起开始在护理管理中应用考核机制,考核内容包括护理人员平时工作质量、夜间工作质量与月底工作质量三项内容,其中包含医德医风、病房管理、业务考核、护理质量、整体护理以及消毒感染等六项具体内容,评分范围0~100分。用来提高护理队伍中护士工作的主动性、责任心以及约束力,提高各个科室协调能力并最大程度的完成医疗资源管理,提高护理质量。分析本次量化考核结果,统计护理队伍的竞争意识。结果:120名护理人员中,护理质量得分90~100分者53名,占据护理人员比例的44.2%;护理质量得分80~90分者24名,占据护理人员比例的20%;护理质量得分70~80得分者22名,占据护理人员比例的18.3%;护理质量得分60~70者15名,占据护理人员比例的12.5%。护理质量得分不及格的人员6名,占据护理人员比例的5%。研究中针对前来就诊的800例患者进行护理满意度调查显示,患者对护理质量、服务态度与健康教育宣教方面的满意度逐年提高,由2013年的86%上升到2014年的92%,对比差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在护理管理中应用考核机制能有效激发护理队伍的竞争意识,提高护理质量以及患者护理满意度,对医院发展有重要帮助。
Objective: To explore the effect of using appraisal mechanism in nursing management to stimulate the competition consciousness of the team. Methods: The Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from March 2013 ~ May 2014 onwards in the application of nursing management assessment mechanism, the assessment includes nurses normal working quality, night work quality and the end of the quality of work three content , Which includes six specific contents such as medical ethics, ward management, business assessment, quality of care, overall nursing and disinfection and infection. The scoring range is 0 to 100 points. It is used to improve the initiative, responsibility and binding of nurses in the nursing team, improve the coordination ability of all departments and maximize the management of medical resources, and improve the quality of nursing. Analysis of the quantitative assessment results, statistical nursing team's sense of competition. Results: Of the 120 nurses, 53 had 90 ~ 100 nursing scores, accounting for 44.2% of nursing staff; 24 with 80 ~ 90 nursing scores, accounting for 20% of nursing staff; and nursing quality score of 70 ~ 80 scorers 22, accounting for 18.3% of nursing staff; nursing quality score of 60 to 70 15, accounting for 12.5% of nursing staff. A survey of care satisfaction among 800 patients in the study revealed that their satisfaction with quality of care, service attitude and education in health education increased year by year from 86% in 2013 to 92% in 2014, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of assessment mechanism in nursing management can effectively stimulate the competition awareness of nursing staff, improve the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction, which is of great help to the development of the hospital.
