The prevalence of cholera diarrhea in chickens in parts of India and Bangladesh is caused by virulent non-01 group V. cholerae. The prevalence of Calcutta’s reported more than 150 cases. For example, 230 people died. The epidemic is not only in India, but may be the first pandemic in the world caused by non-01 Group Vibrio cholerae
