本文着重论述了三北农田防护林在林带结构上的重要性,在这一地区的385万平方公里的面积上,它的环境容量和生态条件是非常脆弱的。增加这个地区的绿色覆盖面积,将根本上改变它的生态条件和现有状态,藉以建立一种综合的生态系统,来促进该地区生态农业的建立和发展。本文又论述和分析了“大农业”是不符合于生态学的观点,同时,也不适应于现行的商品经济发展的需要,因为在自然界中是综合的,而人们的需求往往是单一的。
This article highlights the importance of the Sanbei farmland shelterbelts in the structure of the shelterbelt. Its environmental capacity and ecological conditions are very fragile in the area of 3.85 million square kilometers. Increasing the green coverage in this area will fundamentally change its ecological conditions and existing conditions so as to establish an integrated ecosystem to promote the establishment and development of ecological agriculture in this area.
