黄芪是中医临床常用的一味中药,有生品及蜜炙品两个规格。受历史沿革、医师用药习惯及对中药认知程度不同等因素影响,临床中极易出现处方品种与应付品种不符现象,因此2011年版《北京市中药饮片调剂规程》作了如下规范:处方开具黄芪应付生品。究其原因,笔者请教了《北京市中药饮片调剂规程》编委之一翟胜利主任药师,翟主任认为:处方写黄芪应付生品是由其主要功效及作用特点决定的。本文追本溯源而后具体阐述,以期使传统中药黄芪能够在临床实践中和处方调剂工作中得到正确传承。
