介绍了乙酸乙酯工艺 ;提出了复合萃取法分离乙酸乙酯乙醇水 ,采用三对角距阵法模拟计算乙酸乙酯乙醇水分离结果 ;建立萃取分离装置 ,采用合适的萃取剂 ,考察了不同溶剂比及回流比等因素对产品纯度的影响 .结果表明 ,采用复合萃取分离法分离乙酸乙酯乙醇水 ,在溶剂比 1∶1∶1,R =4时能一次得到高浓度 (99%)乙酸乙酯 ,同时得到 95 %的乙醇溶液 ,乙酸乙酯得率达到 97%,分离过程水的用量仅为原料的 2倍 ,能耗低 ,为工业试验提供了基础数据。
The ethyl acetate process was introduced. The ethyl acetate-ethanol water was separated by compound extraction method and the ethyl acetate-ethanol water separation was simulated by tridiagonal matrix method. The extraction and separation device was set up. Solvent ratio and reflux ratio on the purity of the product were studied.The results showed that the high concentration (99%) was obtained at a time when the solvent ratio was 1: 1:1 and R = 4, Ethyl acetate, while 95% ethanol solution was obtained. The yield of ethyl acetate reached 97%. The amount of water used in the separation process was only 2 times that of the starting material, and the energy consumption was low, which provided the basic data for industrial experiments.
