目的了解婚前保健情况,探讨现阶段婚前医学检查的新思路、新对策,促进婚前保健健康发展。方法根据南海区1996~2005年妇幼卫生年报婚前医学检查资料进行分析。结果1996~2003年10月婚前医学检查率100%,《婚姻登记条例》实施后,2004、2005年婚前医学检查率分别下降至6.68%和4.79%。结论目前婚前保健工作具有严峻性,提出必须加强婚前保健宣传工作,提高群众婚前保健知晓率,以提高婚前保健率。
Objective To understand the situation of premarital health care and to explore new ideas and measures for premarital medical examination at the present stage so as to promote the healthy development of premarital health care. Methods According to the data of premarital medical examination in the annual report of MCH in South China Sea from 1996 to 2005. Results From 1996 to October 2003, the premarital medical examination rate was 100%. After the implementation of the “Marriage Registration Ordinance”, the premarital medical examination rates in 2004 and 2005 dropped to 6.68% and 4.79% respectively. Conclusions At present, the premarital health care work poses a serious problem. It puts forward that it is necessary to strengthen premarital health care publicity work and raise the awareness rate of premarital health care to the public so as to raise the premarital health rate.
