用高速锤作叶片挤压工艺设备,进行叶片的叶身型线部份无屑加工试验及试生产,我厂在1969年就开始进行,至今已有20年生产史。先后生产燃机压气机1~5级叶片,船机5~10级压气机动叶片,10万瓩汽轮机2~8级动叶片,20万瓩2~9级动叶片。叶片材料为1Cr13,2Cr13,cr11MoV,Cr17H2等。叶片年产量超万片。 17年来的生产实践证明,叶片内在质量稳定。如1Cr13材料经高速锤挤压成形,余热淬火后回火,其机械性能的各项指标超过技术条件要求指标,几乎全部达到2Cr13(σ=600MPa)要求的各项性能指标。
