本文着重考察了无机液体激光工作物质POCl_3-ZrCl_4-Nd(CF_3COO)_3体系的掺钕浓度及组分配比,并探讨了铁杂质对体系激光性能、光谱特性的影响以及铁离子在溶液中可能存在的价态.实验结果表明,[Nd~(3+)]=0.3~0.5M,[Nd~(3+)]/[ZrCl_4]=1/1.5时,溶液的荧光寿命最长,激光输出能量最大.文章对这一实验结果与体系形成的可能结构之间关系作了讨论,并指出与下列化学反应有关:2Nd(CF_3COO)_3+3ZrCl_4+12POCl_3=Nd_2(ZrCl_6)_3+6P_2O_3Cl_4+6CF_3COCl↑.
In this paper, the concentration of neodymium and its component ratio in the POCl_3-ZrCl_4-Nd (CF_3COO) _3 system were investigated emphatically, and the effects of iron impurities on the laser performance and spectral properties of the system and the possible presence of iron ions in the solution The experimental results show that the fluorescence lifetime of the solution is the longest with [Nd ~ (3 +)] = 0.3 ~ 0.5M and [Nd ~ (3 +)] / [ZrCl_4] = 1 / 1.5.
